The new single from samxemma is the fantastic ‘YOU KNOW I LOVE YOU’. The Manchester-based transatlantic duo have returned with another slice of maximalism that brings together the unfiltered lyricism of Emma and the rave-adjacent production of Sam. The track is a huge, no-holds-barred explosion of colourful sound, with skittering drum & bass rhythms underpinning widescreen bass lines and huge melodic hooks. They describe the track as “the result of trying to merge melodic, catchy hyperpop with hard-hitting drum & bass.
